Telesales Agent

About this role

You will run outbound calling campaigns, turn leads into sales and help our clients grow. If you are competitive, communicate well and want to beat targets, this role is for you.

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, full training and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Present products and services persuasively over the phone
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build rapport and guide prospects through the sale
• Record every call outcome and customer detail accurately
• Follow up leads and opportunities on time
• Keep your product knowledge and sales technique current
• Share what works with the rest of the team

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Able to handle rejection and keep going
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
• Telesales or sales experience preferred
